New Tour Options For Our Valued Guests

A message from the owner:

Dear future adventure travelers,

Non-Resident National Park fees.

Very recently, the Department of Interior announced significant changes to the National Park Service (NPS) fee structure affecting commercial group tours. Beginning January 1, 2026, the Department of the Interior is implementing a new entry fee system specifically for Non-U.S. Residents and confirmed that these will apply to guests on commercially guided tours as well as guest on non-commercial tours.

This is a last minute announcement and the parks are not yet sure on how this will be implemented.

These changes impact 11 of the most visited national parks: Acadia, Bryce Canyon, Everglades, Glacier, Grand Canyon, Grand Teton, Rocky Mountain, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Zion.

Park entrance fees are included in the price of all tours, however the new non-resident fees are not included as part of the tour cost.

New Fee Breakdown for Non-U.S. Residents:

Starting January 1, 2026, visitors who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents will have two options for entry into affected parks:

  1. The New Non-Resident “America the Beautiful” Pass:
  • Cost: $250 USD.
  • Coverage: This pass covers entrance fees for the pass holder and up to 3 additional adults (ages 16+) traveling together, whether in a private vehicle or as part of a commercial tour.
  • Passengers can pre-purchase passes at (https://www.nps.gov/planyourvisit/passes.htm#changes-in-2026).  Passengers without pre-purchased passes may be required to purchase passes upon entry to any parks national parks where non-resident fees are required.
  1. Individual Non-Resident Entry Fee:
  • Cost: $100 USD per adult (ages 16+).
  • Application: This is a per-person fee that applies to each affected park visited. For passengers on a Commercial Ground Tour without a pass, this $100 fee is required in addition to standard commercial entrance fees.

What this means for you:

  • The NPS CUA Permits Team has not yet finalized the exact method of collection for  group tours. We are awaiting further guidance on whether this will be collected at the gate via a manifest or through an alternative system.

At this time we have no further information and no further guidance has been given to us by the national parks.
