One of the most popular questions we are asked is if we offer a single day tour of Zion Canyon National park. Due to the proximity of Zion to Las Vegas where we are headquartered (only 2.5 driving hours away) it makes sense that we would offer several different choices with regards to tours of Zion. To answer the question directly, yes we do offer a single day tour of Zion National Park, so if you are in Las Vegas on vacation and would like to spend one of the days in Zion, we have a tour for that. There are some specifics that you must know with regards to our single day Zion tours though. The single day version of our Zion tour is a private tour for groups of 1-5 people or 6-14 people. They depart on Thursdays and tend to book up quickly, so you must make arrangements in advance. These tours are perfect for families and small groups, as you will not only have the bus to yourselves, you can also have a say in what we do when we get to Zion. We will provide you with a list of suggestions, but the actual itinerary is fully customizable to fit the tone of your group. The cost of a group up to five people is $1195 and additional guests can be added for $79 each. The tours leave on Thursday mornings at 8 AM and return the same day around 7 PM.
Zion Canyon is an impressive mix of white, pink and red Navajo sandstone cliffs. Ancient petrified sand dunes towering over 2000ft above the canyon floor make for an impressive landscape and a photographer’s paradise. Zion National Park offers enchanting walks & hikes for every fitness level. We arrive in Zion with plenty of time for you to explore this breathtaking park, take the stunning Riverside walk, soak your feet in the Virgin River, stroll around Emerald Pools, enjoy the Temple of Sinawava, Angels Landing, the Great White Throne, Weeping Rock and visit the interpretive Human History Museum where you can enjoy an entertaining rangers talk on the patio. These are typically the choices of groups, but the tour is private so we can mix and match as you wish.
If you do not have enough people in our party to form a group that would benefit from a private tour, we also have a 2 day tour that will visit both Zion Canyon and Bryce Canyon for exploration and hiking. Our 2 day tour leaves Las Vegas in the morning and drives to Bryce Canyon first (which is about 4 hours drive time) in order to spend the day exploring the beauty of Bryce and its hoodoos and amphitheater. We camp in Bryce that night, so bring the marshmallows for around the campfire. The next day we are up bright and early to travel a few hours to Zion, where we spend the day hiking and exploring before returning to Las Vegas that night. For those who 2 days isn’t enough, we also offer 3 and 7 day tours which takes us to even more beautiful parks in the southwest including both Bryce and Zion. No matter what your preference and how much time you have, we have a tour package that will be everything you want it to be.
