That is a good question that deserves and answer better than something like “because we are the best.” It is a good thing that we can provide an answer to that question which is honest and doesn’t have to have a lot of “sales talk” around it to make sense. The answer is simply that “Bindlestiff Tours are not like other tours, ours are fundamentally different.” With that said, let us explain what makes a Bindlestiff Tour so special.
Bindlestiff Tours are “adventure tours.” What this means is that we are going to take you to a national park just like many of the other tour operators, and we are going to make sure you arrive in comfort by picking you up at your Las Vegas hotel room and driving you to the destination. Once we are at the location, however, our tours start to look and feel quite different than our competition. You see, while other tour operators who travel to the same destinations that we do like Bryce, Zion and The Grand Canyon all concentrate on you seeing the sights from the comfort of their buses or their “view points,” our philosophy is that you should enjoy the natural aspects of the space the way that an adventurer does. We take you there and will provide you with a knowledge of the area like no other, but then we allow you to explore the area in the way you want to. If you want to hike, we will provide you with suggestions and will potentially be guiding a group on a specific hike, but if you do not want to participate in that way and would rather explore on your own you are more than welcome to do that. If you are a photographer and are desiring the time to take photographs of the most beautiful and scenic areas of the American Southwest, we can certainly provide you with tips on the best places to photograph. However if you are looking for something different than our suggestions you are welcome to explore them. In a nutshell, our tours are set up as a guideline to the adventures that we know are possible in each of our great national parks, and our guides provide as much or as little guidance as you want.
