Your tour begins at 7am at your Las Vegas Hotel.

Please be outside and ready 10 mins prior to departure – your tour will not wait. This tour returns to the same location at approx 7pm on day 3 unless otherwise specified.

Important things to note about your tour:

  • You have booked a private flight seeing and ground tour combo.
  • Schedules are subject to adjustments for local weather conditions.
  • We fit A LOT into three days!
  • Please ensure that you have breakfast before you join the tour.
  • There are many opportunities for walks and hikes on this tour.
  • We highly recommend travel/medical insurance, please have your insurance details and your passport/photo ID ready for inspection at departure. You may also choose to travel without insurance, although we highly recommend that you have medical coverage in place.
  • A valid government issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required at time of check in for each person 18 years of age or older.
  • Camera Restrictions – To ensure passenger and crew safety, the use of “Selfie Sticks” is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.
  • Notice to Passengers – Federal law prohibits hazardous materials from being transported on aircraft including checked and carry-on baggage. For a complete list of permitted hazardous materials and the limits and restrictions for each, visit the FAA’s Pack Safe page at www.faa.gov/Go/PackSafe.
  • The luggage allowance for this tour is up to 25 lbs per person 1-piece additional luggage can be stored at local terminal if needed for an additional fee. Either a hard case or a backpack plus a small day bag for your camera, sunscreen etc.
