Bindlestiff Tours offers a seven day Canadian Rockies tour for small groups that departs on Sundays in June through August.  The group sizes are a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 14 guests and all participants must be over seven years of age.  Some of the highlights of this incredible excursion or canoeing on lake Louise, exploring the ice field pkwy, hiking in Jasper national park, visiting Mt. Robson and exploring Vancouver.  The tour is not open to single parties as it is far more personalized and able to handle specific requests due to the fact that your party will be the only one assigned to the tour guide and participating on this adventure.  The Canadian Rockies tour begins by going through Kamloops in British Columbia where the north and south Thompson Rivers come together.  This area has fantastic scenery and is great for wildlife viewing.  While you are here, you will probably see cougars and bears as well as elk.  The low elevation valleys and lush mountains provide a perfect area for wildlife to thrive, and will give you one of the most beautiful views of Canada you’ve ever seen.  On the second day we will visit Yoho National Park and explore the trails around the Emerald lake where we take in the views.  We will then visit Banff National Park on day three as well as Lake Louise before moving on in the following days to ice fields parkway and Jasper national park.  We visit whistler in Vancouver before returning to Seattle where our guests departed from.  These tours of the Canadian Rockies are very unique and unlike other tours that you can potentially book.  We look at our products as adventure style tours, which ultimately means that you are going to be involved in hiking and exploration the same way that you would be if you were exploring the area as a settler.  Instead of viewing these areas from a bus or through a van window which would provide you with nothing more than a few photo opportunities, our Canadian Rockies tours allow you to get out into the environment to experience it for yourself in the ways that seem less like a tour and far more like the people who call this region home.  You will encounter all sorts of different types of plants and animals while hiking and you will see crystal clear lakes close up while you are canoeing through some of the most spectacular regions that you’ll ever see.  Imagine the peaks of mountain’s in the distance as you cross a crystal clear lake featuring both icebergs and wildlife surrounding you on both sides.  It is truly an escape from the city that you will ever get to experience, and is ultimately in life-changing experience for many people.  The beauty and unspoiled views of these undeveloped regions of Canada are unlike anything that you will see in the United States.  Contact us today for more information on our Canadian Rockies tours.
